United Site Services Acquires Handy House, Inc.

Mansfield, Massachusetts January 5, 2000

On January 5, 2000 United Liquids, Inc. purchased the shares of Handy House, Inc. and Handy House Supply Company, Inc., both Massachusetts corporations, from their sole shareholder, Martin P. Murphy, Jr.

Handy House, Inc. is the largest provider of portable toilet services in New England. The service base covers all of Eastern Massachusetts and Rhode Island as well as portions of Southern New Hampshire. Handy House performed over 175,000 portable toilet services in 1999. The Company owns approximately 4200 portable toilet units.
