United Site Services Acquires Accurate Environmental

Mansfield, Massachusetts January 7, 2002

United Site Services is pleased to announce the acquisition of Accurate Environmental, Inc. Accurate is based in Euless, TX, and services the Dallas/Ft worth marketplace. Accurate's operations will be integrated into Howse Brothers Sanitation, Inc. facility (acquired on September 21, 2001 by United) in Mansfield, TX.

Ed Brock, one of the former owners of Accurate is joining the United team as a Sales Manager. Ed was instrumental in aggressively growing Accurate's revenue at a 100% annual growth rate since the company started in 1999, and United is excited about expanding service to Accurate's existing customers across Howse Brother's service area.
