United Site Services Acquires Farnham Sanitation

Mansfield, Massachusetts January 11, 2001

United Site Services is pleased to announce the acquisition of Farnham Sanitation. This portable toilet company is based in Branford, Connecticut. United Site Services anticipates signifigant synergies, as Farnham readily tucks in to Sani-Can's existing operations. With two divisions and seven operating centers, United Site Services provides service to Massachusetts, Connecticut, southern New Hampshire, and Rhode Island.

Farnham Sanitation's former owner, Raymond E. Luden, has elected to stay on with United Site Services. Ray's twenty plus years of industry experience and position on the Board of Directors of the Portable Sanitation Association International will bring tremendous benefits to the company.

United Site Services also has four additional acquisitions under agreement. Two will tuck into the existing operations and two represent a new market entry into the southeastern United States. Management expects to close all four transactions by February 15th, 2001.
