United Site Services Acquires Abco Inc, Stop & Go, Sanitation Services Inc.

Westborough, Massachusetts January 17, 2006

United Site Services, a leading national provider of portable toilets, temporary fencing, temporary power and portable storage to customers in construction, special events and sports industries as well as government services announced today the completion of 3 additional acquisitions. Terry McNabb, CEO of United Site Services, welcomed the following companies.

Sanitation Services Inc. owned by Bob Hampton was acquired in October of 2005 and has been fully integrated with United Site Services in Bakersfield, California. Hampton has agreed to stay on as a consultant to our business in that region. The Bakersfield combined operations provide service to over 700 customers with a restroom inventory of over 1000 units along with extensive fence operations.

Abco Inc and Stop and Go Sanitation, both in the Sacramento, California area were recently acquired and will be integrated with the existing United Site Services Division in Sacramento. Lance Soares, previous owner of Abco Inc. will continue with United Site Services as an operations consultant in Sacramento. Combined operations in the Sacramento area will provide temporary restroom, fencing and power to over 1200 customers from a restroom inventory of over 4500 units in the Sacramento area alone.

Terry Bellora, President of United Site Services welcomed the employees of these three well-run companies to the United Site Services’ family and stated “we are very happy to extend our presence in Northern California and we are confident these employees will become good and valuable members of our team.” Bellora further stated “it is our goal to continue to build United Site Services into the ‘premier site services company’ in the United States and in doing so we will continue to acquire quality companies to supplement our service offerings, geography and management team”.
