United Site Services Acquires Connecticut Temporary Facilities

United Site Services is pleased to announce the acquisition of Connecticut Temporary Facilities ("CTF"). This portable toilet company is based in Greenwich, Connecticut.
United Site Services anticipates signifigant synergies, as CTF readily tucks in to Sani-Can's existing operations. With two divisions and seven operating centers, United Site Services provides service to Massachusetts, Connecticut, southern New Hampshire, Rhode Island, and New York.
United Site Services also has two additional acquisitions under agreement that represent a new market entry into the southeastern United States. Management expects to close these transactions by February 15th, 2001.
