United Site Services Acquires Butler John

Mansfield, Massachusetts March 1, 2002

United Site Services is pleased to announce the acquisition of Butler John portable toilet Services based in Canton, Massachusetts. Butler John will be integrated into United's oldest and largest division, Handy House, Inc. based in Foxboro, Massachusetts. Since Handy House and Butler John share similar service areas in the greater Boston market, Handy House will realize significant operating efficiencies as a result of this acquisition.
