United Site Services Acquires Allied / BFI in Dallas

Mansfield, Massachusetts March 4, 2003

United is pleased to announce the acquisition of Allied/BFI's restroom division in Dallas, Texas. This addition is equal to the largest acquisition we have ever completed, which will be added into our existing division to create one of our largest markets.

Population growth trends continue to show Texas near the top. That, added with our success in expanding assets and market share in Dallas, we expect this division to be one of our top performers.
