United Site Services Acquires ABCO Sanitation

Mansfield, Massachusetts March 8, 2002

United Site Services is pleased to announce the acquisition of ABCO of the Palms, located in Palm Beach, Florida. ABCO will operate as a satellite for our Able Sanitation division located in Miami, and services customers in the greater Orlando, Palm Beach, Fort Lauderdale, and Miami markets. United believes that Florida represents one of the fastest growing markets in the United States, and will continue to pursue additional acquisitions within the state.
