United Site Services Acquires Sani-Can, Inc.

Mansfield, Massachusetts March 24, 2000

United Site Services is pleased to announce that on March 17, 2000 the acquisition of Sani-Can, Inc. was completed. Sani-Can is a portable restroom company based in Springfield, Massachusetts. United Site Services expects significant synergies, as Sani-Can was Handy House's primary competitor in the central Massachusetts market.

United Site Services now has two divisions and four operating centers. The operating centers are located in Foxboro, Tewksbury, Auburn and Springfield, Massachusetts. This platform allows United Site Services to service Massachusetts, Northern Connecticut, Southern New Hampshire and Rhode Island. Management expects to leverage this platform with additional acquisitions and internal growth.
