United Site Services Acquires Connectican

Mansfield, Massachusetts April 24, 2000

United Site Services is pleased to announce the acquisition of Connectican, Inc. on April 4, 2000. Connectican is a portable toilet company based in Willimantic, Connecticut.

United Site Services anticipates significant synergies, as Connectican will readily tuck-in to Sani-Can's existing operations and will serve as an additional operating center for this division. With two divisions and six operating centers, United Site Services provides service to Massachusetts, Connecticut, Southern New Hampshire and Rhode Island.

United Site Services also has four additional acquisitions under agreement two of which will "tuck-in" to existing operations. It intends to execute these two transactions by April 28, 2000. The remaining two acquisitions will strengthen our presence in the Southeastern Massachusetts market.
