United Site Services Acquires GOTOGO

Mansfield, Massachusetts May 21, 2000

United Site Services is pleased to announce the acquisition of GOTOGO on May 21, 2000. GOTOGO is a portable toilet company based in Killingworth, Connecticut. United Site Services anticipates significant synergies, as GOTOGO will readily tuck-in to Sani-Can's existing operations. With two divisions and six operating centers, United Site Services provides service to Massachusetts, Connecticut, Southern New Hampshire and Rhode Island.
