United Site Services Acquires Mr. Potty

Mansfield, Massachusetts July 1, 2002

United Site Services is pleased to announce that it has acquired the restroom assets of Mr. Potty of Manchester, New Hampshire, which will be merged into United's local Handy House division. This acquisition enters USS into the southern New Hampshire markets from Nashua and Manchester over to the east coast of the state. We are excited about the continued development in New England and of the rest of United Site Services.
