United Site Services Acquires Need-A-Jon

Mansfield, Massachusetts July 22, 2002

United is pleased to announce that it has acquired the restroom assets of Need-A-Jon of the Tampa, Florida area, which will be merged into United's local Golden Triangle division. This acquisition improves our position on Florida's west coast market. We are excited about the continued development in Florida and of the rest of United Site Services.
