United Site Services Acquires Johnny on the Spot and Fan's Portables

United Site Services today announced the company has acquired Johnny On The Spot in Reno, Nevada and Fan's Portable Sanitation in Sarasota, Florida. Terry Bellora, President and CEO of United Site Services, said "These two companies are important additions to our national footprint. They expand our market presence in Florida and Nevada; two states with strong growth and terrific future prospects."
Fan's offers a full range of portable sanitation services and will integrate with the company's existing operations on Florida's west coast. Johnny On The Spot will expand United Site Services' service area to western Nevada. In addition to portable sanitation, the Reno operation will provide storm water runoff control services, temporary power, temporary fence, sweeping and temporary storage.
Bellora went on to say "We welcome the employees of Fan's and Johnny On The Spot to United Site Services. They are joining a company that is building a strong management team and a true national brand."
The company expects to see continued growth in existing and new markets. Several more acquisitions are in queue for the rest of this year and the company continues to search out quality companies that can help it meet its growth goals.
