United Site Services Acquires Amasons Portable Toilets

United Site Services announced today that it has acquired Amason's Portable Toilets of Orange Park, Florida. The acquisition expands United Site Services' service area to the northeast part of Florida and Southeast Georgia.
Included with the acquisition is Amason's inventory of high quality restroom trailers which Amason's has rented nationwide. This will expand United Site Services' existing fleet and ability to service large, high quality special events. Amason's and United Site Services provide services to PGA tournaments, NASCAR races, professional sports stadiums, marathons, fundraising events, concerts and other large and high-profile events nationwide.
