United Site Services Acquires Acme & Sons Sanitation

Westborough, Massachusetts August 15, 2005

We are pleased to announce that United Site Services has acquired the assets of Acme & Sons Sanitation. Acme & Sons operates throughout the San Francisco Bay area through their main office in San Jose, CA and separate branch locations in Martinez, Sacramento and Stockton, CA. All of Northern California will now provide service to over 12,000 active customers with a restroom inventory of over 24,000 units. Acme & Sons also provides separate temporary fence, portable storage, temporary power and street sweeping services.

Over the next several weeks we will begin the task of integrating all Northern California operations locations and Acme & Sons Sanitation into the United Site Services operating system.
