United Site Services Acquires Howse Brothers

Mansfield, Massachusetts September 21, 2001

United Site Services is pleased to announce the acquisition of Howse Brothers Sanitation Services, Inc. Howse Brothers is based in Mansfield Texas and services the Dallas/Ft. Worth marketplace. In addition to the portable toilet component of Howse Brothers, the business has a rapidly growing barricade business as well. United looks forward to the opportunity to expand its product lines in its other divisions to include barricades with the solid performance and experience of Howse Brothers leading the way.

Gene Howse, one of the former owners of Howse Brothers is joining the United team as Division Manager for the region. Gene Howse brings a lifetime of experience in the portable toilet industry to United and has significant experience in the barricade business as well. United welcomes all of the employees, vendors, and customers of its newest division, Howse Brothers.
