United Site Services Acquires Waste Management in Orlando

Mansfield, Massachusetts October 23, 2002

United is pleased to announce that it has acquired the restroom assets of Waste Management of Orlando, Florida and will be operating under the name United Site Services. This is the second divestiture from Waste Management. This acquisition moves United into its third major metropolitan market in Florida. We are excited about the continued development in Florida and of United's overall continued growth in 2002.
