United Site Services Acquires American Rentals

Mansfield, Massachusetts November 5, 2000

United Site Services is pleased to announce the acquisition of American Rentals, Inc. This portable toilet company is based in Branford, Connecticut. United Site Services anticipates significant synergies, as American will readily tuck-in to Sani-Can's existing operations. With two divisions and seven operating centers, United Site Services provides service to Massachusetts, Connecticut, Southern New Hampshire and Rhode Island.

United Site Services, Inc. also has four additional acquisitions under agreement. Three of which will tuck into existing operations and one of which represents a new market entry into southeastern U.S. Management expects to close all four transactions by February 15th, 2001.
