United Site Services Acquires BFI / Allied in Phoenix

Mansfield, Massachusetts November 22, 2002

United is pleased to announce the acquisition of Allied/BFI's restroom operation in Phoenix, AZ. This is one of the largest markets in the western U.S. with an abundance of quality companies to purchase and large-projected population growth. It is our first company in this market and will be used as a base for other "tuck-in" acquisitions. This is the first divestiture from Allied/BFI and we are hoping for further opportunities in other markets.
