United Site Services Acquires Affordable Portable Services

Mansfield, Massachusetts December 1, 2003

United is pleased to announce the acquisition of Affordable Portable Services (APS) portable toilet operations in Glenwood Springs, Colorado. Being the third company we have purchased in the Denver market, this addition will be merged into our existing division and will strengthen our position.

In addition, Kevin Keegan, former owner of APS will stay on and manage the Colorado market.
