United Site Services Acquires Portosan Company

Westborough, Massachusetts December 1, 2004

United Site Services is pleased to announce the purchase of the assets of Portosan in California. This is the largest acquisition United has done, and covers metropolitan areas spanning from San Jose to San Diego, California. Our L.A. operation will be merged with existing operations, and the northern business will be reorganized and positioned as our entry into northern California.
