Special Event Portable Restrooms

In addition to single solar restrooms (with the same features listed for the Solar Trailers) we offer Deluxe Restroom and Deluxe Restrooms with Sinks. We will deliver and install restrooms before your event and pick them up afterward. If you need additional service during the event we can arrange that too.

VIP / Solar Restrooms

The most fully featured of our event restrooms, the Solar Restrooms offer a flushing toilet, fresh water sink, interior light, vanity mirror and coat hook.

Deluxe Restrooms

The Deluxe Restroom has been designed exclusively for outdoor events. Its innovative European styling provides a smooth surface and roomy interior. Optional features include a hand sanitizer, disposable paper seat covers, a courtesy mirror, coat hook, and vanity shelving.

Deluxe Restrooms with Sink

The same as our deluxe restroom, but with a fresh water sink designed for washing hands. The sink operates with a hands-free foot pump and the restroom comes with a fully stocked towel dispenser. The dimensions are unchanged.

Wheelchair Accessible and ADA-Compliant Restrooms

United Site Services offers a Wheelchair Accessible Restroom and an ADA Compliant Wheelchair Restroom, both are designed to support special needs individuals. They offer a spacious interior needed for easy movement, with handrail support for assisted movement. People often ask us the difference between a standard Wheelchair Accessible Restroom and an ADA Compliant Wheelchair Restroom. Fully ADA compliant restrooms are larger than wheelchair accessible models and have slightly different placement of different parts. In many situations the wheelchair accessible restrooms will meet the needs of your guests. If your event requires restrooms that meet the ADA Standards for Accessible Design, we can supply them.

Construction Portable Restrooms

In addition to the standard portable restroom we offer a number of specialty restrooms designed to meet all your needs. These include:

• Half height restrooms designed for moving to upper floors of multi-story construction in elevators
• Standard restrooms equipped with a lifting strap so a crane can be used to move the restrooms to ground level for servicing

Temporary Fence Two kinds of temporary fence rental are provided by United Site Services. For the highest security and durability we can install v-squared fence on in-ground poles and with optional wind screen. For applications where the ground should not be disturbed or the fence may have to be moved we can install above-ground fence panels. Each fence installation is done to your specific requirements. Our capabilities include:

Portable Sinks

Portable sinks are designed for washing hands and are useful outside restrooms as well as near food preparation or dining areas. California OSHA regulations require handwashing facilities near all job site restrooms. Department of health regulations require them near restrooms at many events and with food preparation areas. We have three basic models of sinks.
• Units with two sinks
• Units with four sinks
• ADA compliant sinks

All portable sinks have a fresh water supply, waste tank, soap dispenser and towel dispenser. With the exception of the ADA compliant sink they are operated with a hands-free foot pump.

Holding Tanks

Holding tanks come in a variety of sizes from 100-500 gallons. They are used for restrooms in office trailers, some restroom trailers and for gray water from food preparation areas.

Storm Water Maintenance Plan

In addition to our portable restroom services, United Site Services also offers a full storm water maintenance plan (SWMP or SWPPP depending on your state) service for construction sites. We are experts in all aspects of Best Management Practices (BMP) implementation.
