United Site Services Acquires Banks Tanks to Strengthen Operations and Coverage in Atlanta Area

Westborough, Massachusetts Cumming, GA April 17, 2008

United Site Services, Inc. (USS), the nation's leading provider of portable restroom services, temporary fence, erosion control, power and storage, announced today the recent acquisition of Georgia Portables, Inc., known in the marketplace as Banks Tanks, in Cumming, Georgia.

The acquisition is USS’s second in Georgia following the purchase of Outhouse in Atlanta in 2007.  Outhouse was one of several acquisitions completed in 2007 by USS.
