United Site Services Expands National Reach with Key Acquisitions
Industry Leader Adds Eleven Companies in Eight States

Westborough, Massachusetts September 19, 2007

Included in the acquisitions were: Waste Services of Arizona, Phoenix, AZ; Go Cans, Belle Chasse, LA.; Portable Sanitation, Inc., Gulfport, MS; On Site Sanitation, Tampa, FL; Morrow & Sons Super Pumper, Santa Rosa, CA; Great American Total Erosion Control (GATEC), Denver, CO; Major Contracting Services, Colorado Springs, CO; PDQ and Advantage, Houston, TX; Salinas Sanitation, Salinas, CA; and Outhouse, Atlanta, GA.

“These acquisitions are a win-win for all parties, and in particular, strengthen our presence on the Gulf Coast with the ability to provide enhanced service for customers from Galveston, Texas to Gulfport, Mississippi. Beyond construction, special events and commercial work, we have unparalleled resources to provide emergency services in the event of either man-made or natural disasters,” said Kevin Bruce, president and CEO of USS. “Additionally one of the acquisitions, GATEC, expands our breadth of services to include Storm Water Pollution Prevention Programs (SWPPP) in Colorado and Arizona.” SWPPP programs are required by EPA mandate for all construction sites of one acre or larger.

The geographic diversity of these companies allows USS to directly serve customers in an additional seven major metropolitan areas.
