Having the right number of restrooms at your event is an important component to keeping your guests happy.  Having too few can mean long lines and unsanitary conditions.  Having too many takes up too much space and uses too much of your budget. 
We Can Help You Plan for Restroom Facilities

The chart below is a guide to planning your needs.  If you will be serving food and beverages, alcoholic beverages or anticipate a high proportion of female attendees at your event, you will want to add to the number shown in the table.  Call us and one of our event planning specialists will help you determine what is right for your event.

How to use the special event planning chart:
  1. Determine how long your event will last.
  2. Determine approximately how many people will attend your event.
  3. With this information, use the chart to calculate the number of restrooms needed to insure sanitary conditions.

The above chart is based upon our Deluxe restroom. If you choose our Ultra restrooms with flushing toilets and sinks you will need to order a larger number because of their limited water fresh water supply.
