Be Storm Ready — Protect Your Crew, Site & Rentals

Before the Storm: Secure Your Equipment

Take proactive steps to prevent damage and protect your team:

Secure Portable Restrooms

  • Stabilize Door: Close and latch or turn door to face a stable barrier (fence, tree, or building)
  • Tie Up: use strong cables, straps, chains to secure to a building or tree
  • Weigh Down: Use sandbags or concrete blocks on the floor of each porta potty

Prep for Service Disruptions

  • Use your Order & Service Tracker to confirm your next scheduled service
  • Double-check that units are fully stocked with toilet paper, hand sanitizer, etc.
  • For trailers or luxury units, disconnect power/water lines if flooding is likely

After the Storm: Stay Safe & Assess Damage

Once conditions are safe:

  • Safety First
    • DO NOT attempt to move or upright tipped-over units on your own Stay clear of any units near downed power lines, fire hazards, or floodwater.
  • Inspect and Report
    • Check your rented equipment for visible damage, flooding, or displacement Note any missing or severely damaged units.
