Brandt McKee joined United Site Services in 2026 as Chief Executive Officer bringing more than 27 years of leadership experience across the U.S. Navy, private equity–backed businesses, consulting, and CEO roles. He has a strong track record of driving growth, operational improvement, and performance transformation in complex, multi‑site organizations. Most recently, Brandt held senior leadership roles at Interior Logic Group, where he led a turnaround of a significantly underperforming business, improving safety performance, customer satisfaction, quality, and service execution. Previously, he led Culligan’s Americas and APAC businesses, nearly tripling revenue and more than doubling EBITDA through new product introductions, marketing transformation, targeting new customer segments and acquisitions .

Earlier in his career, Brandt spent more than a decade working closely with private equity sponsors including Centerbridge Partners and TPG Capital and was a consultant with AlixPartners. A U.S. Navy veteran, Brandt’s leadership style is grounded in a servant‑leader mindset, high expectations, accountability, and a strong belief in supporting frontline teams to deliver consistent, reliable service. Brandt is married and has three daughters.
