Chief Financial Officer

Matthew (Matt) was named Chief Financial Officer of United Site Services in May 2026. He has over 20 years of finance leadership experience, with expertise in building effective accounting and finance teams, systems and processes. Prior to USS, Matt served as CFO at Pave America, a private equity backed, multi-location, industrial services provider. Before that, he was CFO at Consumer Safety Technology, a private equity backed, direct-to-consumer services provider. Matt spent his earlier career in corporate development in a variety of industries. He started his career at AT&T Corporate Development.

Matt is passionate about developing metrics-driven, value creation focused organizations. He enjoys partnering with business and functional leaders to drive organic growth while providing support, clarity, and visibility on financials and results. In addition, he has extensive experience in M&A as well as the integration and optimization of acquired businesses.
