If you have ever attended a large outdoor event, it is very likely you will know all about porta potty rentals. It is a sizeable marketplace in the 21st century and it can be difficult to find the best deals and products for the event or project requirements.
Before considering applying for porta potty rentals, first ensure you have fully assessed a number of points.
Is it a formal occasion?
This does not apply if the rental is purely for a work project or an onsite facility. Here basic standards must be applied at all times but luxury is not expected.
The more formal the event is, the more likely the need for quality facilities to reflect the gathering. Expectations differ depending on the type of event being attended, for example, expectations may be lower if it is a concert. What is the anticipated number of users?

This is dependent on the length of the event – if it is longer than 6 hours, more porta potty rentals will be required. It is also important to note that if the majority of guests are female, longer toilet visits will possibly mean longer queues, so consider carefully the makeup of the attendees.

Is it wheelchair accessible?
It is now a legal requirement in some states to ensure proper access to toilet facilities for those with disabilities. If you anticipate wheelchair based visitors, make sure appropriate restroom rental or porta potty access is in place. They are much wider and roomier than regular restrooms. They are also very suitable for family rooms. Due to their size and additional features, they are amongst the most expensive in the marketplace.
